Due to the impact of Covid - 19 Australia post has advised some delays to their delivery service. If you require your parcel within next 7 days, we recommend selecting Express Post at the checkout.

Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers as quick as possible, however at times there may be some situations that can cause unavoidable delays.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.
Our postage prices to do not include tax or custom charges upon entry to your country. You will be liable for any extra charges.
Gyre does not accept responsibility for any loss/damage of any parcel upon leaving the premises.
We want you to love Gyre as much as we do. We do though understand that online shopping sometimes can be tricky with sizing and perfect fit. As a business, we try to minimize our carbon footprint, and encourage you to shop wisely.
However, if you are not completely happy with your order, send us an email to email@example.com, and we will assist you in returning for exchange or a store credit your unworn and unwashed garment within 7 days of delivery. A return (including made to order items) will be in exchange for store credit note only. Returned pieces must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received, including hygienic sticker still attached.
Credit notes are valid for 1 year. If the return exceeds our 7 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
We will only accept the return if the following requirements are met.
- Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
If you have a tracking number please email customer care so we can monitor the shipment and advise you of its arrival.
We do not cover return shipping cost.
